Michelle Tai

Catalist BodySolution Trainer

Michelle graduated in law in 1999 and worked in the legal field for 10 years. However, driven by a lifelong passion and interest in inner self development, Michelle decided to take on a new career in yoga and meditation instructor.

Michelle then co-founded the Journey Within studio, where she currently works with individuals and organizations to bring proper posture and spine care into the wider public.

In 2013, Michelle trained under Gert Van Leeuwen (founder of the CATalist approach) as a teacher, for which she was awarded a teaching certificate in October 2014. Since then, she has been practicing and teaching it for both individuals and groups. Furthermore, she has continued training with van Leeuwen in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Calvin Onn

Catalist MindSolution Trainer

Calvin holds a law degree from University of London and had been a practicing lawyer for almost two decades before deciding to take on a new path as mindfulness coach and co-founding the Journey Within.

Besides working with clients in the ongoing CATalist Corporate Wellness Program, Calvin also runs an annual training course for CATalist and Yoga teachers who aim to understand the body at a deeper level by training their mind.

Calvin is also a 4th level Trained Instructor of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, which is accredited by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford, UK.

As a firm believer and practitioner in meditation since the age of 14, he has participated in various silence retreats around the world, including a month-long silent retreat.

CATalist

Tan Seow Woon

Woon graduated in Degree of Electronics and Control System Engineering in Year 2010.

She has been working in engineering field for 10 years.

She’s feeling grateful that she met mindfulness meditation in year 2016.

The stability of mind and wisdom that cultivated from Mindfulness practice has brought her great support to go through every moment in her life.

Another great turning point for her was when she met Critical Alignment Therapy in Journey Within(JW). She was trained as CATalist in year 2020 and she decided to leave the corporate world and became a full time CATalist trainer. A new job that can help people bringing their body back to the healthy posture.

Zoe

Zoe is a dedicated pharmacist with a decade of experience in the government sector. During her tenure, she encountered a personal health challenge—an anterior cruciate ligament rupture that necessitated surgery. This pivotal experience prompted her to reevaluate her understanding of health, illness, and the healing process.

Driven by a newfound interest in non-invasive solutions and alternative medicine, Zoe delved into exploring holistic approaches to well-being. She firmly believes that true health encompasses both the mind and body, with the power of healing emanating from within oneself. This quest led her to discover the transformative practice of Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT).

In 2019, Zoe completed her rigorous training as a CATalist practitioner, marking a significant turning point in her career. Fueled by her passion for helping individuals regain their natural posture and enabling them to pursue their desires and passions, she made the bold decision to transition into a career as a CATalist. Zoe is wholeheartedly committed to empowering people to rediscover their physical and mental equilibrium, allowing them to lead fulfilling lives.
