“Every Wednesday at 6.45pm since a year ago, I try not to skip coming to Mind Matters by Calvin. As I was designing a book on meditation for him, this was a good reason for me to finally join the class as part of the research. It then become a routine. The class has helped me gain more understanding on meditation—I become clearer about what I am practicing right now (which is a lot easier) and what I used to practice before joining this class.
Calvin is very knowledgeable on the topic, it is refreshing to get your doubts answered through different ways of explanation, although I do not ask many questions myself… We have a long way to go in this journey but most important is, I know this will benefit me in the long run.
